Heat getting to you? Afraid your electric bill will go sky-high if you get air conditioning? We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how efficient the new energy-saving models are.
Experience the comfort and efficiency of a zoned system. Engineered for comfort, convenience, and efficiency, zoning allows you to heat and cool different areas of your home to different temperatures. No need to cool a closed guest room you’re not using. No need to heat the entire upstairs when you’re spending the day downstairs. Zoning gives you control over the temperature and humidity throughout your home.
Go for the comfort
Ask us about variable speed systems
Do you hear your air conditioning system kick on? At the same time, do you feel a blast of air? Does the temperature in your home fluctuate a lot? Are your energy bills high?
If so, you might be interested in a variable speed central air system. With single speed systems, the air conditioning is either on or off. If it’s on, it’s running full blast and using a lot of energy. If it’s off, well, it’s off.
With variable speed systems, the motor adjusts its speed based on the cooling needs from moment to moment. These sophisticated systems offer you lower energy bills, less noise, less humidity, cleaner air, and happily, greater comfort. Since the system gradually increases speed, there is a more even airflow. Goodbye to sudden blasts of cold air.
Did you know? Covering your outdoor condenser will keep your air conditioning unit in top condition and will add years to its life.
Did you know? Air conditioning systems cool in part by pulling heat and moisture out of the house.
Heating and Furnaces
We specialize in repair and replacement of residential heaters.
We make sure your system is properly sized and installed .
Why is this important? If you get a system that’s bigger than you need, you’ll spend more than necessary and increase your power bills, too. A system that’s too small won’t provide enough heat to keep you and your family warm in the winter.
If your gas bill is sky-high in the winter and your system came with the house that you bought twelve years ago and was an outdated system then, it would be an investment in your home, your comfort, and your energy savings to replace it.
While giving you an estimate on your heating system, we’ll offer you the option of having a combination heating/air conditioning system installed.
We install and service gas furnaces, hybrid heating systems, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless heating and air conditioning units, whole house dehumidifiers, and zoned units.
The brands we carry are intelligently designed, with comfort features and maximum efficiency. Maximum efficiency means money savings for you
We engineer and design custom heating systems for homes up to 24,000 square feet.

And you won’t necessarily need the highest-priced system. The better manufacturers offer good quality products at a range of prices. Indoor Air Quality
Protect your family with an air filtration system. Did you know that air purifiers can help keep you sneeze-free during allergy season? If allergies, asthma, mold, dryness, or off-gassing are concerns of yours, an air cleaner system may be just the thing to improve your health and set your mind at ease.
Allergies & Asthma
Allergies keeping you from feeling your best? At least at home you can feel great with our air cleaners. They remove allergens from the air and let you breathe easy. If you or family members suffer from allergies or asthma, you want the cleanest air possible. We can recommend an air cleaner that gets rid of pollen, smoke, mold spores, pet dander, and dust. Its highly specialized filtration system cleans and clears the air you breathe.
Air cleaners kill VOCs. They capture particles from off-gassing fibers in your home and kill germs and pollutants.
Too much moisture in the air?
That sticky, muggy feeling can put a damper on your productivity. Minimize dampness with a dehumidifier. Mold a problem in your home? Minimize mold and mildew with dehumidification throughout your home.
Too little moisture?
Dry air can be a problem, too. If family members are complaining of scratchy throats or dry, itchy skin, it may be from lack of moisture in the air. A humidifier can provide optimum levels of moisture throughout your home, protecting your family’s health and your furniture, too.
Carbon Monoxide poisoning is caused by inhaling carbon monoxide gas. Almost half the cases in the U.S. are the result of faulty furnaces. We inspect your old furnace and check for a cracked heat exchanger, the source of carbon monoxide leakage, in order to prevent this potentially fatal occurrence. We offer annual inspections to make sure your furnace continues to function properly. And, with every new furnace we sell, we install a carbon monoxide detector. When we visit a home that doesn’t have one, we educate the homeowners about this preventable hazard.
