Start with what your system is doing
The easiest way to get a useful answer is to describe what you are seeing. Is the heat not coming on at all, or does it start and stop? Are some rooms colder than others? Is there a new noise or smell? You do not need the right technical words. Plain descriptions help us understand the problem, and we can take it from there.
It also helps to have a few details about your home and your equipment handy, such as roughly how old the system is if you know, and whether the same equipment handles both heating and cooling. If you do not know, that is fine. Tell us what you can.
How to reach us
You have two easy options. You can call us at (919) 550-0031 during our hours, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 4:30pm. Or you can send a message through our contact form with a few details about your home and your system. If you write to us outside those hours, we reply when we are back.
What happens when you contact us
We talk it through with you. We ask about what the system has been doing, work out whether this sounds like a repair or something bigger, and give you a straight answer on the work and the price. We do not want you guessing about what is wrong or what it will take to fix it.
If a repair makes sense, we say so. If new equipment looks like the better choice for your home, we explain why in plain terms so you can decide what is right for you.
Heating and air conditioning, one team
We handle heating and air conditioning for homes, from repairs to new equipment. Many homes use shared equipment and ductwork for both, so it often helps to have one team looking at the whole picture. You can read more on our heating service page and our air conditioning service page.
Where we work
We are based in Clayton, NC and serve homes within about 35 miles. That includes nearby towns such as Garner, Smithfield and Raleigh. If you are not sure whether we cover your address, call with it and we will confirm we can get to you.
A family business, 35 years in
We are a family business with 35 years of experience in heating and air. Our approach has stayed simple: listen, explain clearly and be honest about what your home needs. If you have been wondering how to get a quote, the answer is to pick up the phone or send us a note. We will take it from there.
